Case Report: Bombay Blood Group
DOI:

In this case report, we present the clinical management of a 40-year-old pregnant patient with the extremely rare Bombay blood group (Oh). The report outlines the challenges faced in organizing compatible blood products, the coordination with national and international blood donation services, and the careful planning required for a successful cesarean section. We believe this case provides valuable insights into the complexities of managing rare blood types in obstetric care.
